Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diverse Dreamers! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something’s not right.

📦 Order Issues (Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@diversedreamers.store with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Because our books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or design preferences.

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase — after that, they begin processing and cannot be changed.

⏳ Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will not incur any refund fees.

🎁 Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit for the value of your return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our books are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer standard shipping only at this time. Estimated delivery times are:

U.S. Orders: 5–12 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by location and customs)

Please note: We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to postal service delays or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don’t receive it or have issues tracking, reach out to us and we’ll help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@diversedreamers.store so we can investigate and assist with a solution.
